7-Eleven makes sugar-free Slurpees now. They’re a Crystal Light product. And I gotta tell you, when it’s 137 degrees and -43% humidity outside in freeekin’ November already, the only way to cool down your internal organs and revive your shriveled dermis is to get yourself one of them-there cherry limeade sugar-free Slurpees.
Yes. That is the ONLY way.
There is NO OTHER WAY.
You may think well, that’s silly; that can’t be the only way, but, nope, you’d be wrong.
Wrong wrong wrong.
Cherry Limeade Sugar-Free Slurpee is THE ONLY WAY.
ONNNLLY WAAAAAY.
So yes.
I think I’ve made my point.
I’m not going to argue with a weapon like that.
Thaaaat’s right. 😉
Except that aspartame gives me migraines.
So I am either DENIED, or I have to get the sugary slurpee, which apparently, according to anti-obesity activists, makes Baby Jesus cry and causes global warming – AT THE SAME TIME.
At least where I live it’s finally decided to drop below 80 degrees.
ricki — Yeah. I don’t do the regular slurpees. Maybe once every two years, you know? But with new the sugar-free ones, well, I’ve had ONE WHOLE SMALL SIZE already this month. But it was goooood. Made me feel like a little kid again.
I’m not a big Slurpee fan because they’ve always seemed too sweet and I don’t care for the after-taste of the sugar-free ones. I guess I’ll have to go for a cranberry limeade at Sonic. Yum!
Don’t know what Sonic is, but a cranberry limeade sounds good.
It’s a half-way decent burger drive-in. There’s some in Orange County I’m not sure if there are any down in San Diego. They have drink happy hours every day from 2-4 p.m. with half-price off drinks. It’s a good deal and their limeade is yummy.
Oh, okay. Yeah, we don’t have any here — at least to my knowledge.
I feel your frustration. There are apparently forty thousand Sonics in Pennsylvania and New York, and none in New Jersey. Can we show you a Sonic commercial every twelve minutes when you don’t live within an hour’s drive of one? Yes we can!
