This is Cinders, the piglet. She is afraid of mud, so she wears her own special Wellington boots for protection. It’s true. She’s basically the best thing in the world ever.

Look at her eyes! She totally knows who she is!!
The boots are killing me.
The angle on that back right leg is cracking me up — maybe it’s that you can totally see the boot. She’s so determined. “Yup. Look at me. I got boots. Yup.”
And look at how the mud flies in the face of her! She OWNS that mud!
I’m a pig and I’m scared of mud. What – you got a problem with that?? I know who I am!
I want her to come live with me in my maison coloniale.
I kind of want to BE her, actually.
I love her whole “I’M WALKING HERE!!” vibe.
Look at the timestamp on the last 3 comments. I am now talking to myself about a pig in boots.
HAHAHAHAHAHA
I do love how that mud is flying up in front of her. She is defiant in the face of her own fears. Good for her.
Is she accepted by the other pigs, I wonder? Or is hers a high and lonely and boot-filled existence?
I love that she, in her pig brain, understood what the boots were for. That, to me, is pretty amazing. That she somehow got: “Oh! So my hooves will be clean if I wear these things!” as opposed to, you know, a regular animal response which is normally, “Yeah, so, I’m a pig. I don’t wear clothes, mkay?”
Like she understood. Hilarious!!
She and Paddington Bear have to get together for some marmalade.
I needed this so badly. AWESOME. I think Sheila said it best – She totally knows who she is. Absolutely incredible.
sheila — I love how the “regular animal response” is so articulate.
That is insane. Hahahahaha.
I have nothing to say. That pig and her boots – and her EXPRESSION – is so wonderful that I am speechless.
