12 Noon PDT Monday, June 29th.

First come, first served. First eight entries. Unless your entry is waaaaaay off base from the theme of British Movies. I mean, come on, no ET.

  1. Well, yeah, we do. So how does that make it different? Isn’t it still PST? I’m confused. The time stamp on your comment — or any comment on the blog — is my time, the correct time for So. Cal. I assume when you left your comment, it was about 8:25 pm your time? Am I right? Three-hour time difference, isn’t it? Do I need to just say “Pacific Time”? Is that it?

  2. It’s probably just me, having had relatives in Mexico City back when they didn’t do daylight savings (and now they do), getting all confused. Everybody else probably knew what you meant. 🙂

  3. I’m so glad to know the day and time. I’ve been so nervous that I was going to miss it!

Oh wait. NOOOOOO. I leave the office at 12:00 PDT.

Ok, I’m going to have vapors now. (I’m sorry, I’ve had wine. Forgive.)

  4. sarahk — Are you serious?? Well, you have to stay at the office for five EXTRA minutes. I’m sorry. I know you don’t want to, but that’s just how it’s gonna be, babe.

The ruthless game mistress persona is starting to take over. I can feel her comin’.

    She’s comin’!!

Kate P — No, you were right. I was wrong. PDT is what I should have said. Thanks for the heads up.

  5. Haha. Yes, it’s all about the suffering I will endure if I’m eliminated in the first round this year like stupid Simon Cowell was two stupid years ago! (Of course, it could just be setting *NSYNC-like greatness up for being the Best Thing Ever USA).

And I added Google calendar to my email account and set an alarm for 12 PDT tomorrow. Can’t wait! I’ve watched my movie twice this week, picking out lines and attitudes and such. I’ll watch again tomorrow.
