Since necrotic tissue is dead tissue caused by an infection, injury, poison, etc., I’d agree that having said something makes you feel necrotic (which I assume in this context means you feel like your skin is dying) that adding “…and awful.” is redundant.
I’m curious as to what would make someone say that something makes the feel necrotic, but I assume that whatever it was, it wasn’t good.
