could be scary

Okay. It’s the birthday today. I’m writing this quick note while My Beloved is taking a shower. I don’t know what he has planned for today. I only know a few birthdays ago, he tried to kill me with a glider ride. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Pray for me.

  1. Hi Tracey,

I find your blog so honest and entertaining. I was wondering have you ever shared about how you met your beloved? Would you consider a post on that?

Happy Birthday and enjoy your adventure…:)
    Mel

  2. Mel — Thank you very much.

The story of how I met My Beloved? You know … that IS a story I should write about … if I can figure out a way to edit out the portions that are personally embarrassing to meeeeee!

Feh. It’s not possible. Don’t know how that guy fell in love with me!

  3. Happy birthday, Tracey! Lots of good wishes and God’s blessing to you. Hope you had a wonderful day!
It’s my birthday tomorrow and my beloved will cook for me… I’m excited!

  4. Happy Birthday, Tracey!

If you never blog again, I guess that means the surprise was more dangerous than gliding, huh? ๐Ÿ˜€

Seriously, I hope you have a great time.

Huh? Is this the same tracey who wrote at length about the injury to her Lower Back/Upper Thigh (LBUT)? It’s gonna get more embarrassing than that? ๐Ÿ˜‰

  6. Rev — True, so true. The LBUT “injury” was horribly embarrassing, BUT also, beyond my control.

    This is key, Rev.

One can generally control whether one makes an ass of oneself. Unless that one is I.

That’s all I’m going to say … for now.

  7. Look at it this way:
Unlike a fictional character whose birthday you share, at least YOU aren’t being hunted for extermination by an evil undead sorceror. Let’s just TRY to count our blessings, mmkay?
